    Ryan was the ultimate professional.He arrived on time and got on with the job at hand with thoroughness, finishing on time . He was also considerate by ensuring he wears his shoe protector each time he enters the house and on completing the jobs, leaving the area clean and tidy. I most definitely would use Rodan Property Maintenance in the future and would not hesitate to pass on their details to friends and family

    Great comms, high standard of work

    Rectify leak

    Accepted a quote from Rodan to look at an intermittent leak coming from toilet. Communication was good, turned up 30 mins early but checked to make sure this was ok. Issue was as per their suspicion, so all seals replaced, toilet reseated, bolted and resiliconed. Working area left tidy. Would recommend.

    Sink fitting

    A simple job done well. Super reasonably priced compared to others I found on Checktrade. I took a chance as didn't have as many reviews and it was worth it. Quick assessment and quick fitting. Communicated and confirmed time, paid after completion which gave me peace of mind rather than upfront and were able to do it on the spot. Organised an appointment the day after enquiry and spoke through things on the live chat beforehand so I knew what would happens and additional costs required if the job entailed more labour. Highly recommend for their price, professionalism and friendly nature.
