  After I found a 24-7 ‘plumber’ on google review (won’t use google again) who told me my fan on boiler was broken and offered me an extortion price to fix it. I searched someone else to fix it for me. Ryan offered to help via check a trade and when he came out he told me the fan wasn’t broken at all. He then proceeded to find out why one of my switches switched off on my circuit board. Turns out it was a blown fuse on my washing machine. Such a relief to see such an honest person before Christmas. Highly recommend.

  Ryan was amazing, very quick to respond, fitted me in very quickly, and the work was done quick and efficiently and all radiators installed work brilliantly. Would definitely recommend.

  Good plumbing work

  I was really pleased with the professional service. The work was not that straightforward and so I needed a plumber that really could do some quality work. I have used various plumbers in the past. In my opinion ROC are a cut above without charging silly prices. I would recommend.

  Emergency call out for elderly dad as flood from tank in loft.

  They came very quickly and stopped flood and came back a couple of days later with the correct part to mend. Would highly recommend as friendly and sorted my dad’s leak out so he’s happy.
