Rocksure Roofing were brilliant in dealing with a gutter issue we inherited with our property. They inspected ahead of any work to assess the issue and advise on all the available options, laying out all the different pros and pricing of each. They were very good in being informative, communicative and explaining everything to me effectively. We went with the most comprehensive option, replacing all our gutters, downpipes and fascias, which Rocksure were able to offer for a very competitive price. The initial job took a couple of days, & the team worked conscientiously to complete the job. During the process, the team did discover another issue & William talked me through the problem & his recommendations. I want to make clear; this wasn’t an attempt to get more work off the job. I was already aware of the issue & had previously had three other roofing firms take a look – none of them could help. Not only did Rocksure find the problem, but they also fixed it.
