  A refreshing experience with a builder we can trust

  Brian responded quickly, arranged a prompt site visit and provided a clear estimate. Communication throughout the bathroom renovation was excellent and they always arrived on time and put in long hours. Brian & his team dealt with everything professionally, finding practical solutions and completing the work to an exceptionally high standard. Brian was reliable, honest and clearly takes real pride in his work. Everything he does is with care, expertise and professionalism. We are absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom and would highly recommend RPS. Exceptional from start to finish!

  Proper Builder

  Brian has undertaken a complete renovation of Handyman House from helping deal with an underground fuel tank, flat roof repair, roof replacement, door replacement, removal of a conservatory, works on the concrete floor and lots more. All in a short timeframe and all to a high professional standard. Our timescale has been demanding, but he somehow managed to hit it. No nonsense - appraisal of the job, recommendation, quote, and then undertake the work. Can't recommend Brian and Rockfield enough.

  Great communication and quick turn around

  Brian and the team were fantastic completing internal wall removal in just under 2 days. From the the start of making an enquiry Brian came to view the property and made time in a busy schedule to for the work in. The whole team were great, really friendly and clear. Highly recommend Rockfield they really helped us out as we ready the place prior to moving in.

  “ I recently suffered a very serious internal water leak leaving circa 80% of my house seriously damaged in every respect. I have to say I am delighted and appreciative of the prompt service and the high quality of the work carried out by Rocklands Property Services which ranged from plastering, carpentry, decorating and the removal and installation of replacement electrical and gas units. As an 87 year old widower and pensioner with health issues the care, understanding and attention given to my situation by the tradesmen on site was a bonus and I have no hesitation in recommending Brian

  Excellent Builders!!!

  We used Rockfield Property Services after the devastating floods our shop had in Monmouth. To say this guys are the best builders we have ever used is an understatement.Brian is very knowledgeable and a very good problem solver as we hand all sorts of issues.The lads Rudi,Ian and Ryan are very polite and curtious. A big thank you to all the team from us all at Pasty Heaven.🙂
