  This is the third time we have used Rockfield Property Services. A good indication of our satisfaction is that we have already booked them for a fourth project. RPS charges a very fair price for work that we’ve consistently found to be of outstanding quality. And we greatly appreciate the range of expertise and versatility of the team, and the professionalism and trustworthiness of everyone in it. They are all great to have around: friendly, communicative, considerate, and tidy. Brian is very organized, he always keeps us fully informed, listens carefully to what we want – and remembers!

  Rockfield Property Services were excellent from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote and had a clear understanding of our brief. They completed the works efficiently, and were very tidy (I'd say the tidiest tradesman I've ever come across). We're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

  Roof ventilation

  We had a great experience using RPS for some recent property maintenance. Brian was fantastic to work with—super knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, the pricing was very reasonable, and everything was completed quickly despite our tight schedule. Brian diagnosed the issues right away and provided smart, cost-effective solutions. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to call RPS again. Highly recommend!

  Resourceful and on time, respectful of property and considerate (eg nesting birds (house martins) in one area of gable end - company eager to return to complete the work when 'visitors' have fledged their young), informative regarding any changes/ additions due to general wear and tear, giving fast and efficient service. This is an excellent and reliable company. We trust their work and will certainly call on them again.
