Very happy with the work conducted. I had a collapsed ceiling and also got a full reskim of the room for a fair price. Mike was very friendly and cracked on with the job, overall would be happy for him to come back again if any further work is needed in my house.

Really happy with the work done on our kitchen! This is the second time we’ve used Mike at Rochester Refurbishments and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He’s very reliable, trustworthy and accommodating, and always leaves everything clean and tidy. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we are more than happy leaving him in the house to orchestrate the works while we’re at work. So pleased with the finished kitchen and would definitely recommend him.

Due to a water leak in my bathroom, this led to part of the ceiling being removed plus further holes being in other ceilings in order to replace 5 metres of piping. Therefore, I needed to have the ceiling and the holes filled and plastered as well as painted so it blended in with the rest of the ceiling. I found Mike on Checkatrade. He came that same day to assess what was needed, provided analysis on how he would do the job and gave a competetive quote. As I was keen for the work to be carried out quickly, he was able to make this happen and the work was completed within a couple of weeks.

Asked Mike back to refurbish the lounge, dining room and extension. Installing down lights, building a stud wall partition with french doors to make the lounge into a more closet space, squared off a old arch and built a media wall., all plastered including ceilings and new coving where required. Again fantastic quality finish, will be getting him back asap to fit the new flooring and skirting.. really great value can’t fault anything Rochester Refurbishments has completed for us to date. You’ll struggle to find better the plastering finish is amazing. House was left clean tidy.
