  Emergency Gas leak

  We had an unexpected gas leak this morning and the lads at robsons heating and plumbing responded immediately. Their team arrived quickly, identified the issue, and fixed it safely and efficiently. They were Professional throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop. Highly recommend for any emergency plumbing needs.

  Supplied and fitted 5 new radiators in my house

  I recently had new radiators installed by Callum and his team and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very professional, and worked efficiently to get everything fitted perfectly. They left the space clean and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating work.

  Install kitchen sink and new taps

  Plumber came for quote visit. All seemed good and price and work was agreed. They then cancelled appointment due to a family emergency which is fair enough but I wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t messaged the night before to check all was still okay. It would have been very frustrating to have been waiting in for them never to arrive. Left it a week to then messaged them again to reschedule and had no response at all. This has meant we’ve been waiting several weeks to do quite a simple job. Due to poor communication, I have now rehired an alternative plumber for the job.

  Downstairs toilet fitted

  Callum and the team did a great job fitting our new toilet. They supplied everything including an electrian and at a great price. Good professional communication and we are so pleased with the results. They even hoovered up after themselves and also fixed my leaking kitchen sink whilst here!   Pipe move & Boiler service

  Contacted the company through Checkatrade and someone quickly came to quote. We agreed on the work, a fair price, and a start date for the following week. The issues began from here. The plumber had to reschedule due to personal issues, which I understood. Friday came and no one showed, as they were dealing with an urgent gas leak. We moved it to Saturday, then Thursday, but again no one turned up. After four promised dates, two no shows and lacklustre updates, I’ve now been ghosted. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Would rather them say we can't do it sorry, as I'd have done it by now.
