Polite and friendly. Very neat and tidy job

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond, attentive to detail and requests and kept me informed throughout the process. The final installation was to an excellent standard and everything was left in a clean and tidy state. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Steve and his team are personable and professional. They were always happy to explain what they were doing, discuss issues and give options for solving those unexpected things that come up - without resorting to increasing the costs. their pricing was reasonable and clear - no hidden add-ons. Frankly I couldn't have been happier with their work. they kept the area tidy and did their best to keep the dust etc to a minimum. Always turned up when they said, we met each morning to discuss the days works and they even made me a cup tea occasionally!

Various areas of the roof - which isn't easily accessible - had sprung leaks that were hard to locate over the years and Robinson Construction were not only able to fix them quickly but the seals have withstood the weather that's been thrown at them ever since. Also, I'm really delighted with the new Velux installed in our en suite bathroom which provides so much more natural light. Very happy with the professional and friendly service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

They came to reset four velux window controllers. They were punctual, efficient and did the job to our satisfaction. We have used them before on our windows and would recommend them.
