Very professional from contact to survey and works carried out

RTC were very professional from first contact to survey to job being carried out.The company customer service is first class as were all onsite staff.I would recommend them for any tree care works.

The work was carried out efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. The team were polite and respectful and made an excellent job of the hedging work. All arisings were cleared up and taken off site leaving a very tidy job. This is the second year that we have used Robertson Tree Care and we will certainly call them back next year.

Pine trees and hedge reduction. An amazing professional company. Alan listened to me and had the job done on date agreed as per his emailed quote at a competitive price. His workers were friendly, professional, and gave me a high quality result. They left my garden tidy and clear of trimmings. As well as the workers ensuring that I was happy with the job, Alan did a follow up before I was invoiced. It was a pleasure to deal with a company giving such a high overall standard of service. Robertsons Tree Care provided an excellent service from start to finish. Alan came at the appointed time and made a detailed note of what I required. He sent the quote quickly and, as it was the best, we arranged a date The tree surgeons couldn't have been nicer. They confirmed what I wanted and checked I was happy with the result. They chipped up all the branches and left the garden very tidy. Alan emailed to check I was happy with the work before sending the invoice.
