  Internal damp work & plastering, plus outside rendering work. Reassuring all the way. Good communications on first contact, attended spot on-time for pricing appointment, listened and offered suggestions where necessary, quoted very soon after his visit, agreed a prompt start date, turned up to do the work at agreed time, kept us appraised of progress at every stage of the work, did an excellent job, cleaned up after he was done. This chap prides himself on giving a professional services and delivers it too. No hesitation in recommending Dan. 10/10

  Friendly, professional, reasonably priced and an excellent plastering finish. Sheeted everything up, boards on the floor etc. so clean up after was minimal. Would recommend!

  we are really happy with the result of the plastered rooms and boarding and plastered ceiling's. Dan was helpful and knowledgable with everything we asked of him. The job was done in a good timeframe and left tidy.

  Render of poorly wall

  Work was to render a very poorly garden wall. The quote and work was done with confidence and professionalism. Especially like attention to detail such as keeping the surroundings protected from splatters and spills. Very happy with finished work which looks good, consistent and robust. Work was done to time and budget. Thank you.

  Reliable, honest and great communications.

  From coming to price my job to completion, Dan was excellent. He advised us of all options and priced accordingly. He Project Managed other trades perfectly to get the job completed on time and in budget. I cannot recommend him and EA Render Systems enough (and his contractors). The gable end and garage side were huge and very much visible to people who pass using the main road. We have had nothing but complements on the rendering and insulation fitted. For sure he will get a lot of work from this job (Well I hope so!!)

  Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid

  Very unreliable. Dan agreed a price/date for skimming, so I bought all materials and booked a decorator. He postponed once, which I accepted, but then cancelled the morning the job was due to start, saying his current job needed him daily. No notice, no effort to rearrange, just left me with wasted time, wasted money, and no plasterer. Completely unprofessional and left me scrambling to find someone else last minute. Would not recommend.
