  Faulty central heating.

  I contacted Robert James Heating and Gas Services because my heating had stopped working. He arrived on time and resolved the issue (replaced a faulty valve) quickly and with minimal disruption. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

  Bathroom works

  Rob has carried out multiple jobs for us in recent years, with the most recent being replacement of toilet, sink and heated towel rail, then returning shortly afterwards to resolve an issue with our central heating tank. We've been very happy with the quality of his work, his reliability, and considerate nature, especially when dealing with our curious 4-year old following him around the house to see what is going on, which is always met with good humour. He is always happy to offer advise on future jobs without a sense of obligation and we wouldn't hesitate to request works from him again.

  Excellent work yet again

  I have been using Rob for many years for plumbing work. He is very experienced and extremely helpful he will go above and beyond to deal with plumbing and heating problems. The job he has just done was to fix a leaky toilet which he made a priority due to my health concerns
