I had window replaced by Robert Copeman Window Services. Second time I’ve used him. He also does maintenance and repairs. Super impressed. Efficient, reliable, reasonably priced, takes pride in his work & communicates effectively & timely via phone, SMS, & WhatsApp. 07791 607155. Would not hesitate to use him again.

He turned up on time and looked at the roof as I thought a couple of seals had come away from the top of roof, but they hadn't he said one panel had slightly slipped so he pushed it up and said no charge so that was a relief that it wasn't major work that needed doing I would recommend him.

Robert responded promptly to my initial enquiry, visited, and provided a quote having obtained details from his supplier. Installation followed after a short interval and was done promptly and efficiently; he and his mate managed the replacement windows and hinges with no nonsense inside a morning - sorting out everything in no time, and were friendly and tidy.

Robert has helped me out twice prior to this. On the first occasion, he offered some valuable advice, which helped me solve a draught issue. On the second, he gave me a replacement key for one of my windows. Both times, he came out promptly and didn’t charge me. So, it was a no-brainer to ask him to fit a cat flap in my double-glazed French doors. His communication was excellent and he came out promptly to take the measurements. The fitting was done efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. The glass is identical to what I had previously. I highly recommend Robert and his team.

We had a couple of jobs carried out by Robert and his team - new window fittings and a new side door. From start to finish they were friendly and courteous and finished the work quickly to a very high standard. I will 100% get back in touch when I need more work carried out.
