  Perfect job. Rob helped out with an unsatisfactory EICR which included fitting a brand new consumer unit and other remedial works. Whilst he was there the tenant pointed out that there was a faulty twin socket which Rob also changed. Above and beyond. All at a great price too! Many thanks Rob.
