Rob was amazing, he managed to fit us in last minute which I was so grateful for. So pleased with the new karndean floor to our kitchen/ dining room area, the finish is great and he was so professional. Rob was fantastic to work with. He provided the quote to us straightaway. He was friendly, reliable, efficient and got the job done quickly. He was also flexible with some timings as we had to wait on some other works. He's positive with a can do attitude. Overall very happy with the work done and quality of the flooring. I called Rob yesterday as we’d been let down elsewhere, he managed to fit us in last minute and came that very same day. His attention to detail was amazing, he took his time and did a sterling job! Would thoroughly recommend. Rob was reliable, punctual, courteous and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, whether that was discussing the layout of tiles or making sure everything was tidy and perfect during the installation. Everything we requested or asked about, he was only too happy to advise and help on.
