I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Arthur originally came out to replace a plug and a socket, but his attention to detail was outstanding. Not only did he identify and replace two additional faulty sockets, but he also provided expert advice on an issue that required contacting UK Power Networks—something I wouldn't have known otherwise. He truly exceeded my expectations, working efficiently and ensuring everything was safe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest electrician!

Replaced electric hob with induction hob, and recycled old hob.

Arthur, was incredibly honest with electrical fault my daughter had at our flat. When I told him the problem, he advised me it must be simple fix, try it and if not he will come out. It was a simple fix and I did resolve it, but I didn’t expect him to get in touch to make sure the problem was resolved. This shows Arthur is honest, and honesty is very rare, and goes along way these days. Will definitely use him and recommend him to my friends and family.
