  Professional, thorough, and highly recommended

  RNB Plumbing did a great job in resolving a leak in my boiler pipework. They attended over two visits—the first to investigate the source of the issue and the second to carry out the necessary repairs. Rob was punctual, professional, and explained exactly what was needed. The repair was tidy, and he ensured everything was functioning correctly before leaving.   Perfect work with a boiler replacement.

  I can highly recommend RNB Plumbing. They replaced my central heating boiler last Friday and did a fantastic job. Rob is friendly, approachable, and very professional - and he is an accredited Worcester Bosch installer. The work was carried out thoroughly and they left the place spotless.   I've used Rob for all my plumbing work for years, he is very reliable and makes himself available when there is the occasional plumbing emergency. Helena keeps on top of any annual mandatory work that I have to have done and sends me reminders.

  Remodelling of the ensuite shower

  Rob and Mark did a brilliant job of extending our ensuite into an adjacent toilet on the landing. They did everything themselves, from removal of all the old suites, reconfiguring the new room, together with plastering and tiling and fitting of the new shower, sink and toilet. They took away all the old debris and the whole project was done within the estimated time and at a fair price.

  New toilet installation

  Cause of leak in floor was quickly located on first visit, when Rob removed the complete toilet and source of leak to make safe. He ordered a replacement and made good the damaged concrete floor. Fitting of new toilet was done efficiently, with pipe work boxed in to make a neat finished job. Rob is a friendly and dependable person, who will happily deal with small jobs, such as a replacement tap. He gives the same expert advice and attention to any job.
