  Remodelling of the ensuite shower

  Rob and Mark did a brilliant job of extending our ensuite into an adjacent toilet on the landing. They did everything themselves, from removal of all the old suites, reconfiguring the new room, together with plastering and tiling and fitting of the new shower, sink and toilet. They took away all the old debris and the whole project was done within the estimated time and at a fair price.

  New toilet installation

  Cause of leak in floor was quickly located on first visit, when Rob removed the complete toilet and source of leak to make safe. He ordered a replacement and made good the damaged concrete floor. Fitting of new toilet was done efficiently, with pipe work boxed in to make a neat finished job. Rob is a friendly and dependable person, who will happily deal with small jobs, such as a replacement tap. He gives the same expert advice and attention to any job.

  Great experience start to finish. Emails quickly responded to and quote issued. Phone call on day to give exact time of arrival and the job was done to a high standard and the area left clean and tidy.

  Replacing an old shower valve & unit

  So glad we chose Rob at RNB Plumbing & Heating Services. Prompt service provided, following a reasonable price quote. Rob arrived at the agreed time/date. Respectful of the property. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Completed an excellent job. Very tidy, no mess. Explained the overall operation of the shower valve. Very happy with the end result. We have resided at the property for over 30 years & without doubt, this is the best the shower has ever been working. Highly recommend Rob. We wouldn't hesitate to call Rob again.
