Gareth attended my property recently to install a new Aircon unit in my daughter's playroom. It was a pleasure to have Gareth doing the job. He was very organised and carried out the work with minimal mess. phoned in the morning they were at my premises by the afternoon. brilliant service, repaired problem with no fuss. Attended to my call quickly. Very clear on the phone about the initial fees. Attended the same-day emergency appointment on time. Was relatively-well clear about the necessary follow-up tasks. Gareth managed to fit a visit in the very next day, provided a reasonable quote and worked at least an hour more than quoted to help figure out the problems with my installation without charging anymore.
