From the start Russ and his team have proved to be knowledgable, experienced and confident with regards to the processes required to get the building back into a habitable condition. Punctual and polite, RM Services are dedicated to to providing an excellent service whilst striving to keep budgets on track. Russ will always provide advice and information to ensure the customer knows how the build is going. Thank you for all of your work..

  Russ inspected works to be carried out in a professional and honest manner. Appreciated his opinion and recommendations. Unfortunately the work I need is specific to a different type of trade. But I will definitely consider using RM Services another time in the future.

  No hot water from a combi boiler

  Wow! I’d been meaning to call RM as I was looking for a new heating engineer. I called this afternoon after being let down by the manufacturer, as there was no hot water coming from the combi boiler in one of my holiday cottages. Within 40 minutes of speaking to Russ, Ben arrived. Sorted the problem in less time than I’d sat on the manufacturers call hold this morning and then went on to fix a dodgy tap and cistern with no hassle. Friendly, professional and reliable! Thanks so much Russ and Ben, I’ve got very happy and clean guests ???? I can’t recommend enough and will be using again for sure!

  RM services were principal contractor for the first phase of this very complicated clearance, stabilisation and restoration project. They were extremely professional and confident in dealing with multiple different areas of the development including new builds, heritage building extensions, roofing, complex carpentry, M&E and much more. They also worked very well with our in house team and large body of consultants working on the project. I was thoroughly satisfied with their work and we look forward working with the team again in the very near future. Ed Grant. Senior Project manager.
