Carried out small seating area and tidy. Couldn’t be happier

Generally, disappointed with our experience. Ray was very effficient during the scoping and quoting process but didn’t translate into delivery. The job took twice as long as expected for a number of reasons, which sounded like excuses as they accumulated. I don’t think we ever had the same people on consecutive days and we never knew when people would arrive or leave. Ray managed the job entirely remotely which meant that we had to do much more in terms of quality control than we would have liked. Two sides of course but could not recommend. Perhaps Ray was working on another, larger job.

Ray and his team did a fantastic job and we are delighted with the result. They even managed not one, but two last minute change of choice for the tiles, without a fuss. The quality of Joe’s work was impeccable and he was really aligned with the design result that we were looking for.

Ray and his team transformed our very overgrown garden into a place of beauty and pleasure. A laurel hedge 18 ft high and 14 ft thick was removed which let much more light into the garden and enabled the lawn to be enlarged. The approach to the front door of the house was previously hidden by an overgrown privet hedge which was removed and replaced with artificial stone planters in which a low yew hedge is being grown. Ray and his team provided helpful suggestions as the work progressed and we’re all very keen to ensure a good outcome despite very challenging weather towards the end.

Ray and his team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Their dedication to the vision and objectives and attention to detail was very impressive. Very good communication and understanding. Competitive pricing and pride in thier work.

RMR transformed a concrete mess to a stunning space. Ray's commitment to sustainability and quality gave me peace of mind. The team installed an ACO drainage system without my prompting and even replaced our neighbor's gate for free. Despite the garden's poor state, Ray confidently delivered my vision. I had specific pergola posts I wanted and Ray made sure that these were used. Joe, Leon, and Mark were friendly, prompt, and always tidied up. Despite some delays, there was no compromise on quality. I now have two patios, a new lawn, and a bespoke pergola—my garden is the envy of the street.
