Outside tap

Ricci was fantastic! I called him today (bank holiday) as our outside tap broke and was leaking pretty badly. He was more than happy to come straight over, even though it was a bank holiday and didn’t charge any call-out fee (which many people would). He was able to remove the old tap and elbow and replace them straight away - at a very reasonable price. Lovely lad and fantastic service. Ricci will be my “go to” plumber moving forward.

Leak in bathroom

Really reliable and communication was great. They rang me in the morning where I explained the issue and he was calm and explained the costs for the different possibilities. Came out to the property an hour later and got straight to searching for the leak origin. Took a little while to find but he made sure to find it.
Tightened the valve that leaking and explained the issue. He also spoke to us about future work. Was really friendly and we would definitely use for future work!
