My recent experience is almost identical to one of the earlier reviews. We too had had a number of different roofers try and solve a leak problem without success. Ricky agreed that the valley replacement was the next logical step and that seems to have worked. Ricky arranged the scaffolding and then he and Tom completed the job the job in a day and a half with the minimum of mess. Not only was the valley replaced but some tiles were also changed. The bill was very competitive and I would recommend Ricky's company most highly.

We had a leak in the roof of our kitchen extension. We had multiple roofers come in to look and give us a quote. Ricky took time to explain what he thought was the cause. He was honest when unsure and had a great manner. He and his team were thorough, quick and cleaned up wonderfully after completing the job (Im certain our deck was tidier after they left than it had been before). Their quotes are competitive, and thus far we have had no further issues with the roof. The work was done well and he and the team were a pleasure to have do the work. 10/10 would use again.

PROS:- Amazing aesthetics on the work, Very Polite and friendly workers, Very professional appearance. CONS:- Misquoted and cost more than expected, My roof doesn't comply with building regulations. I chose RMG as they filled me with the most confidence when selecting a contractor. Very professional looking, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately a misquote meant that my bay windows was not included, and "a typo" on the quote, meant that insulation to comply with building regulations was also not included. The roof does look stunning though, and the guys where very polite and friendly!
