I contacted Rob (Fire Engineer) to carry out maintenance on our fire alarm system, and he was absolutely fantastic. He responded promptly to my request, arrived on time, and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. Rob was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. RMC Security responded within a few hours of my request to have a new intercom handset replaced at our rental property.. Luckily, he was in the area that afternoon. He was very competent and even though the handset was not the same as the original, he was able to work out what was required. He was very knowledgeable on the subject of intercoms and alarms and I would not hesitate to use his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and another great experience with RMC. Rob carried out CCTV extensions to an already existing installation, this time to cover CCTV overwatch on a roof-top heat pump installation, as well as providing additional CCTV cover at the rear of the property. Rob worked with the plumbing team while the floorboards were up to install new ethernet cables and cameras, resulting in a very effective and tidy project. Highly recommended.
