Left to browse , not chased around the shop. Having chosen a carpet we were then offered three cheaper alternatives with pros & cons explained - not pushed towards more expensive - but stayed with our original choice with a fitting date the following week. Unfortunately the carpet manufacturer failed to deliver as expected and we were immediately informed and a new fitting date two days later arranged. When things don't go as planned such a good recovery is so important. All staff were friendly, knowledgable and the fitters tidy. Highly recommended.

Great service and advise from choosing product wanted with Anthony, who also measured up at our convenience. The support and reassurance from Janine in the office arranging fitting in diary. Kiran fitted flooring and was amazing, will be wanting him back for next project. Would not go anywhere else! Huge Thanks

Prompt, courteous and helpful

From visiting the shop to having the carpet fitted, has been a seamless great experience. Anthony measured my stairs and landing, and called the next day with a price. Fitting was arranged for a few days later. Fitter was experienced, friendly, tidy and has done an excellent job.

Very professional company that we have used before and will definitely use again for our carpet and flooring needs.
