We had engaged with RM Carpets to measure, supply and install a carpet for our bedroom and other areas in the house. Anthony came to our house in a Friday afternoon with a sample that met our requirements following a phone call to discuss what we were looking for in terms of quality. He provided honesty with his options and when we got the quote it fair and not overpriced compared to other quotes we had. We placed the order, paid for everything upfront and agreed a fitting date which was stuck to. Lewis came to install the carpet and has done a lovely job, taking away all his rubbish.

Visited RM Carpets shop and discussed my requirements, selected vinyl flooring sample, received and accepted quote and had flooring fitted in 2 weeks of visiting shop - excellent service throughout, from help in the shop to fitting.

Well what superb customer service. Lovely staff. Will strongly recommend them to anybody needing carpets laying. Shame I couldn't give higher ghan a 10 !!!

The fitter was quick and efficient. He had to remove the old flooring and dispose of that too and build up the floor where there was a bit of a dent. He sealed the flooring around the edges and around the basin and toilet. I am very please with the result
