Russ was quick and courteous to communicate, gave me a time slot that fitted around my work commitments and let me know when he was on his way. He and his son were friendly, polite and thoughtful around the house. Critically they found the problems quickly, got the parts and fixed everything there and then. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well.
