I recently hired RLS Plumbing & Heating Services for a pre-purchase plumbing inspection, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From my first contact, Ryan and his team were prompt, courteous, and professional. They conducted a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. The detailed report included clear photos and practical advice on what to fix or monitor in the future. I can't recommend RLS Plumbing & Heating Services highly enough. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful process so much easier.

Ryan himself came to our home to assess our requirements and discuss possible solutions, and returned on more than one occasion to make absolutely sure we were happy with the layout changes we wanted, triple checking measurements and bringing multiple brochures to give us the benefit of their wide range of available products - real professionalism and high standards of customer care. Cannot fault the installation team either, checking in with us with the major and minor details, updating us with ETAs on completion time - we knew we were in safe hands, have passed recommendations on to friends.

RLS were fantastic from start to finish. This was the first time having a bathroom refurb and we were so glad we chose RLS. Ryan was so detailed when coming round to quote and really helped us decide every aspect of the bathroom. It’s so overwhelming but Ryan made it one of the easiest decisions we have made. Ryan stayed in constant contact with us and always went above and beyond right until the end. Kane who fitted our bathroom was such a nice guy and left everything spotless at the end of each day. We can’t thank the whole team enough and would recommend them to anyone!!

RLS were fantastic, completely replacing both of our bathrooms. Rob worked tirelessly and accommodated our every need (and our constantly revised plans), finding solutions and offering great advice. They took no shortcuts and even repaired some previous shoddy work that had been done on the house. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard. Everything went smoothly and they took incredible care around the house and were consummate pros, in every respect. I would not hesitate to recommend RLS.

Ryan sourced a bath the same size as our existing discontinued bath. Work carried out in a tidy and professional manner.

Ryan quickly sent a very friendly and helpful member of his team round to fix my toilet. Would not hesitate recommend to others and will use them again in the future.
