  Extension bathroom and utility

  We heard of RLS from word of mouth, as we were dubious of having building works done as we had never had an extension before, he came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Rich and his team are polite, meticulous and incredibly reliable and tidy. We have two small children and they were very cautious of how they left the site every night when they left. The work they carried out was to a very high standard, and very much to schedule. Despite complications that were out of their control, the works were completed ahead of schedule and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

  Building a Log Cabin

  RLS Carpentry and Building Ltd. Built for us a beautiful one bedroomed Log Cabine to high standard Building Regulations including groundworks. The Annex was complete in 3 months and we are very satisfied with the result. We will highly recommend this company to anybody. Everyone connected with this company was very friendly and helpful.

  Building extensions and ground works

  We had two builds one porch extension and the other a extension to create a utility room iboth handled by Rls, Carpentry And Building Services with building control and all the relevant certificates . Easy to communicate with easy to sort any problems out with and that is very difficult to find these days with your builder. Being able to communicate with your builder and possibly tweak or move things around as the build is going on to suit your needs is a must . First class job would highly recommend them in all aspects of ground works and building. We are very very satisfied five stars.

  Refitting a new kitchen and a new a floor

  Richard is very professional and completed a new kitchen fit out whilst I was away. He ensured the safety of my home and worked to the plan provided. Richard communicated well whilst the job was undertaken and made me feel at ease. Richard would also suggest ideas if he felt we needed a different approach. Himself and the team are TRUE TRADESMEN and will complete the job to specifications. I have experienced bad/cowboy trades and builders. Richard is NOT one of those people and I would recommend RLS Carpentry and building services. 1st Payment was at the start and 2nd on the completion.

  Back garden decking

  Just want to say a big thank you to RLS carpentry for decking and fencing my back garden. What a fabulous job this company have made of the decking& fencing, totally transformed my garden, I’m in love with it. Finished to a high standard in such a short time, the owner Richard was so professional nothing was too much bother and at the end everything was left clean and tidy. I have other jobs I need doing since moving into my property, will most definitely be contacting RLS carpentry again. Well done Richard, will also be recommending you to friends.
