  Excellent, good value and quality work by friendly and considerate contractors.

  Chris did some work on my property and my neighbour's recently (my job was clearing some ground on my veg patch, creating a gravel path and slab paving so it tidily abutted entrance to my greenhouse). The did an excellent job and turned a muddy nightmare into a well sorted/tidy /functional space I can now happily work with. I'm very pleased with: overall price, the quality of work; the friendliness and consideration for us as customers provided by Chris and his team; and they cleaned up well every day. The final bonus one of Chris' team singing Celine Dion tunes in a fine falsetto.

  Garden Patio

  We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Chris and team have done in our garden! Our tiered garden previously consisted of grass and a lot of gravel, and now we have a raised planter and lovely patio which we can’t wait to start using. We were very impressed with the service and quality of work, and the communication was great too. Would highly recommend Chris Darke Paving & Landscaping!

  Highly recommended for driveway transformation

  Chris and his whole team were very hardworking, friendly and professional. The quality of the work was impressive and at the end of every day, the area was left clean and tidy. Chris is very adaptable and communicative, making suggestions and explaining what needs doing and when. They arrived on time every day and worked in all weathers. Chris was always there at the beginning and end of the day and often throughout the day. He managed the project very well and if extra work was required, he talked it through first and gave an indication of the cost so there were no surprises at the end.

  Block paved driveway

  I used RL Paving for my driveway after finding them online and checking out some of their previous projects, they are a very professional company with good attention to detail, the guys on site were very good to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, I would strongly recommend them, Andy Pimm / Shiphay Lane

  We have just had Chris and his team replace the shabby old paved courtyard outside our house with beautiful red clay pavers in a herringbone pattern. They all worked incredibly hard on it, and Chris was good at keeping us informed of what was happening when. He also coordinated the removal of all the debris and the arrival of all the new pavers, drains, sand etc in a timely manner. No fuss was made when problems arose (e.g. discovery of a cracked soil pipe) and the attention to detail was excellent. I'd be happy to recommend RL Paving to friends and family.

  Fantastic Gravel and tidy up of garden

  RL Paving were professional and provided a competitive quote. Chris and Jamie did a stunning job clearing the area, digging out the old gravel, replacing the membraine and laying new gravel. Chris suggested that they tidy up the surrounding area - which they did with wood and cleared many, many weeds. They worked hard, were friendly, reliable/on time and completed the job in 2 days. I am THRILLED with the results and will be using them again in the future for any more work. I provide before and after pictures. Gravel ordered by myself. Wood supplied by Chris
