After meeting with Ricky and David we had the confidence know our investment was safe and with the right people, From there the booking process was simple and we were kept informed all the way. The installation from the team was amazing, they arrived early every day, gave a detailed plan of action, incredibly polite and gave a daily run through of completed work We are delighted and cannot recommend RLM highly enough and we’re so pleased we decided to support a trusted local business

What an amazing top class job from RLM . We had most of the windows and doors renewed in our home by Ritchie and Shaun over a period of 3 days. Both of them worked tirelessly to get the job done to a high standard. We are over the moon with the new windows & doors and the excellent installation and finish. The house is much warmer and looks a lot more inviting both inside and out.

Amazing service! I can’t thank Ricky and David enough for their excellent service, they went above and beyond to help and work out solutions when our builder didn’t do things the way we expected. I don’t know of another company that would go out of their way like RLM have done for us. We love the windows and doors made better by the outstanding service.

Brilliant job from a well respected company. We wanted a new front door to replace an old draughty one and we were very impressed with the service, quality of the door and fitting of the same. There was a four month order time for the door but we were kept informed as to progress and the door was fitted as per the stated time scale. Not only was the price very reasonable but the quality was superb. Special thanks to the fitters, Ryan and Paul, who arrived on time, were very friendly and easy to have around. They did an excellent job without fuss and their attention to detail was commendable.

It’s lovely dealing with a local friendly family firm. Everyone was so helpful from the people in the showroom to the guys fitting the front door.I would certainly recommend the to friends and family. I am thinking of replacing some windows in my property and RLM will be my first port of call.
