Ryan had the expertise to repair and refit 120 year old original sash windows. Due to guttering collapsing the water rotted the bottom wood and the glass fell out, these were replaced and the windows were then draft proofed but re sealing the internal wood structure and the ropes and locks were replaced. He also re glazed another window and will return to reglaze and change the shape of a door glass.

All work completed satisfactorily, on time and reliable. Personable and respectful.
