  Richard is a very reliable tradesman who turns up when he says he will and and is diligent and efficient. Is this day and age when there are alot of tradesman Richard is a rare find. I have no hesitation if recommending him

  Central Heating SOS

  Despite not expecting to work yesterday 23rd December 2024, Richard answered our SOS as our Central Heating had stopped. Richard immediately diagnosed and repaired a faulty airing cupboard flow valve and within the hour all was working. As pensioners, my wife and I really feel the cold so we are so so grateful to Richard for going that extra mile. We have used RKW for a number of years now and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in the West Herts area. Malcolm Berkhamsted

  Work carried out quickly and efficiently to a very high standard with great courtesy and liaised closely with the electrician to complete the whole job in only 2 days. Very satisfied and will use again.

  I had a great experience throughout the process. The assessment was clear and explained in full. Work started as promised. Richard was a pleasure to have in the house and explained each day what he wanted to achieve. He left the house tidy and clean each day and made sure we had hot water as needed. The quality of his work was first class and a joy to see, in the sense it was carefully planned and organised. I believe given the complexity of the work the cost provided good value for money.
