  A fabulous find! Rob is brilliant - thank you

  Rob came and quoted for our large Victorian property. He wasn’t phased at the scale of it and stated it would take 3.5 weeks After one week we went on holiday and left him the key to let himself in. He is trustworthy , hard working and exceptional at his job! The end result was superb and he moved all the furniture and even hoovered up! When we returned it was like moving into a new home! Clean, tidy and complete in 3.5 weeks! We will be having him back to complete the rest of the house after Christmas .. I have already passed his contact details onto friends and family; says it all !

  Rob painted the exterior of my elderly mums house and whilst explaining each detail to her, kept me informed also through messages. Completed on time to a good quality and very competitively priced

  Great Work

  RK property services have done a great job for us! We had 3 bedrooms decorated and the outside metal fencing. All have been decorated to the highest standard, completed quickly. It was a pleasure to have Rob for us, he is efficient, polite and explained everything at every stage of the work. I would highly recommend him!

  Lintels and Windowsills painted

  Always kept up to date as to when he would be able to do the job. He turned up when he said he would a d he did the job in the timeframe he gave. He covered where he was painting, very respectful of my property and a tidy worker. I told him what colour paint I wanted and he bought and provided recept for purchase. Very pleasant man will definitely use again

  Highly recommended decorator

  Rob has recently repainted all of the exterior of our house, including gates, railings and a large number of window frames. His price was competitive and fair. He was a delight to have around for a full week, being friendly, efficient and pleasant throughout. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. The work he has completed is of an excellent standard, with perfect attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend him and hope very much to use his services again in future.
