We hired Remy to complete the second fit plumbing after we had an extension built. The job included fitting a toilet and sink. Plumbing in the washing machine and replacing an old waste pipe. He also did the pipework and installation for dishwasher, new sink with boiling water tap and plumbed in the new fridge freezer. Remy was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He had excellent communication and was very patient when we had delays that effected him being able to finish. He even turned up earlier than planned on the day after checking it was ok. Finally very honest with price.

Remy was fantastic from start to finish. I called him to install a shower, and he responded promptly and professionally. He took the time to explain all the available options—from budget-friendly to premium—without pushing us in any direction, which we really appreciated. He was always on time, kept communication clear throughout, and was extremely polite and courteous. The quality of his work was excellent—thorough, tidy, and done to a high standard. Excellent work by both plumber and tiler. Friendly, always explained what they were doing before they did anything. Price very good too. Definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Remy came out very quickly for us after us not having our washing machine work for months! I contacted Remy about my leaking radiator, he came over to have a look immediately and then came to fit a new radiator the next day. He was friendly and his price was the cheapest of the three plumbers I contacted. Very happy, thank you!

Rudy went beyond the call of duty to complete this job. Firstly, he used all his experience to align the front of the dishwasher with the rest of the integrated units. This was not an easy task, since the dishwasher was deeper than the manufacturer had suggested. We really appreciated this. Secondly, Rudy came back to resolve a problem that arose subsequently and again he put in a huge effort to fix this. The dishwasher is working perfectly now. We would definitely use Rudy again - highly recommended.
