Some of the roof tiles towards the front edge had got disturbed/ dislodged due to wind. Having used their services before, I contacted RK Gutter and they were prompt in booking an appointment to have a look. When Robert turned up, he was quick to understand that it will need immediate repair and assured attending to it immediately, as adverse weather was forecast later in the day. He clearly explained the problem, the work required and an idea of the cost. The work was completed same day and to a high standard as always. Would happily use & recommend RK Gutter Roof Cleaning!

We highly recommend this company to remove moss from a roof. They also apply a biocide to kill any moss residue post the initial manual removal. There is no jet washing of the tiles which would have damaged them. From first contact to completion their communication was first class. The quotation was a reasonable price. The work carried out over three days also included fixing any loose or broken tiles and cleaning all the soffits, windows doors, and guttering. We could not be more content with the final outcome.

Third time we have used this company. As always great job and communication, nice people to deal with. Our whole (3 storey!) house exterior looks spotless, driveways and patios like new. Will continue to use and recommend.

We had a real problem with our guttering leaking torrents of rainwater because it had been poorly installed when we bought the house. I consulted Robert who I have used for years and he came up with some really creative planes to remedy the problems and also identified some issues I had not seen....all in one day and for his usual reasonable prices. I use RK for anything to do with my roofing including my skylights and fixing tiles/chimneys etc and would never use anyone else. Robert is also a very pleasant, reliable and honest man. A rarity nowadays!

This is the third time I have used the company, everything is done professionally and efficiently from the booking to the visit. Knowing that they check for minor problems and are able to repair them during the visit is reassuring and very helpful. Highly recommend them!
