Ross was impressive from the very first visit. He was very punctual and visited us on time. He took his time to go through the work needed in detail and suggesting few things and pointing out possible issues. He gained our trust on his first visit even before giving the quote. Since then he did a very good job in decorating our house fully. We were not living local but he communicated the progress and was readily available for any discussions. Ross finished the job on time as promised. The timing was critical due to moving in. Overall, we are happy with the business done with Ross.
