It was time for our annual service. The communication before the visit was superb, even notifying us three minutes before the arrival of the engineer. The work was carried out in a professional and caring way. Afterwards we received a message to check we were happy with the work completed. Can't speak highly enough of this company!

RJS supplied and fitted our gas boiler, and we've just had our 10th annual service with them. Robert arrived on time, was polite and friendly, left things tidy and clean, gave us some advice about our shower, and finished by telling us how the boiler was performing. The service certificate arrived promptly by email. For us, this is just the latest example of the quality service we've come to expect off this family business who have given us excellent support and advice, at a reasonable cost, throughout the ten years.
