Excellent chap, assessed the job, gave me a quote which I accepted and came the next morning to do the work. Does exactly as requested, checking with me as the job progressed that all was OK and making sure I was happy before he progressed. Roman contacted us and came to view and quote for the work. We were very impressed with his knowledge and confidence on doing the work and gave a good quote. When he started the work he talked us through each stage of what he was doing to make sure we were happy. He finished the work when he said he would and cleaned and tidied the area before leaving.
