  Damp walls

  The initial expectation was that the damage was as a result of a failure in the damp proof membrane, but RJP believed there was a water leak in the wall. They were proved to be correct once investigation commenced and the walls were taken back to the breeze blocks, pipe repaired, wall rendered and plastered and radiator, dado rails and skirting boards reinstated. At the end of each day, everything was removed and tidied up. From beginning to end, communication as to state of the works and expected work was excellent. Very happy with what they have done and highly recommend

  Good communication and tidy

  Reece was excellent at communicating throughout the project, keeping us updated on progress every step of the way. The team took great care to protect our furniture and left the work area clean and tidy on completion. They were trustworthy, punctual, and considerate of our neighbours throughout the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Amazing workmanship and 100% trustworthy

  Reece was an absolute gem! I had severe damp from a chimney and damaged render causing internal issues, including damp readings of 99.9. Reece quoted for the job explaining everything in detail and how he would rectify. When it came to the job he was so helpful, he kept me up to date with the work. His crew completed the job so well, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Reece being able to complete the external roofing work as well as the internal plastering set him apart from others. I would 100% recommend. If I need a roofer/ damp specialist in the future Reece will be my 1st choice.

  Rendering

  We recently had rendering work carried out on our house by RJP Damp & Building, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Reece and his team were professional, reliable, and hardworking from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. Communication was great, they turned up when they said they would, and completed the work to a very high standard.
