  Faulty roof repairs.

  After having my roof refelted and battened by a rouge (cowboy) roofing company. I was then put into contact with Richard Payne ,who came along to inspect The bad work that had been carried out there was such a large list of faults To put right. Richard and his son Jay started work the following week and 5 days later Everything was as it should have been, I can't thank Richard and is son enough For all there hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend there company. Many thanks.

  Repointed chimney and replaced damaged tiles on verge , sealed lead work with lead seal

  They turned up on time to quote for the job , fully explained what needed doing and what it would cost . Extremely pleasant and polite . Very professional company and if we ever had a problem in the future we would use them without a doubt.

  Richard was recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. How refreshing to have a trade turn up when he say he will, do what he says he was doing and mot overcharge. Richard is a true gentleman with his customers interest at the forefront. Definitely will use again in the future and recommend to friends.

  Chimney Repointing & New Lead Seals

  I feel they are very trustworthy and won't invent a job that doesn't need doing. They're very approachable to discuss the issues at stake and they'll discuss the options to fix the problem. They're very knowledgeable in terms of the finer detail of the job and they deliver on the estimated cost. This was the second time they've done work for us and we have them booked for a third job that I have been putting off! I'd be happy to recommend them to others.

  Roof re-tiled and chimney taken down to below roof level.

  The work was completed on time and to budget. I had soffit and eave's ventilation included as well as three vents in the roof tiles, so no more condensation in the loft. Quality materials were used and the colour of the tiles closely matched my neighbours, which I'm very pleased about. Each evening the roof was left water tight so no water ingress. They tidied up each day keeping the place clean and tidy. They did a first class job and the roof looks really good. I’m extremely pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
