  It was a pleasure doing business with Ryan. He was courteous, communicative, helpful, flexible and did a great job, leaving everything looking super and also very tidy. The smoke alarms I originally purchased were the wrong type. Ryan helped me choose alternatives and even went to pick them up from Screwfix. My tenant was present during the work and was very happy with the experience. I will definitely use Ryan and RJN Home Improvements again.

  Moving a catflap

  Ryan did a great job moving a cat flap into a different door as part of a wider project. He removed a glass pane, replaced with timber to accommodate the flap, and stained to match the door. Timely, efficient service.

  laying a patio

  This was a big patio, to replace an existing one that had aged badly. From the start Ryan got on with the job, working hard and dealing with the inevitable issues as they came up. This was a sizeable patio job including outdoor lighting and a retaining wall from sleepers. It took 4 weeks and was completed with skill, professionalism and enthusiasm. I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Fixing leaking kitchen mixer tap

  Ryan responded to a call to fix a leaking mixer tap. Even though it was a small(ish) job, the service we received was exemplary - punctual, courteous, and efficient. Ryan costed up the job, was efficient in fixing the issue, and ensured I was happy with the result. Ryan left everything tidy and neat. I would definitely recommend Ryan for handyman jobs - in fact, we discussed a couple of jobs that we would like done over the next few months.

  Odd jobs

  Ryan has been brilliant. We have had a few things where we have called him at short notice and he has sorted everything out. We had a problem with our front door not closing properly and he came and sorted that out. We had an issue with some lights in our bathroom and he came and changed the bulbs that kept blowing. He is so reliable and trustworthy , if any thing comes up that I need help with, Ryan is my first point of call. He’s a fantastic handy man and would recommend him for any jobs that need doing around the home .
