In a 70’s-built house (mid way through redecoration) RJF replaced all the pendant lighting with LED recessed spotlights and updated the consumer unit. Russ is everything you could pray for in this scenario: pragmatic, safe, kept the site tidy throughout, worked to our schedule and budget, and had a great sense for when to call and check something. There was no complaint about weird or awkward things we uncovered that needed solving and the final outcome is a complete delight. 10/10

Russel has carried out several jobs for us, both large and small, with the socket removal being the most recent. He is very amenable, offers sound advice, and always helps us to work within our budget. He is an excellent communicator and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We are repeat customers and have found an electrician for life in Russel!

Russell and his team responded to a short notice enquiry quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time and were very polite. Russell took me through exactly what was required and provided me with a very reasonable quote. Even though we agreed a time for the following day, Russell contacted me and was able to complete the work the same day.

Russel was excellent. He quickly understood what we wanted, asking relevant questions to clarify and discussed options when needed. He had to rearrange the work by a few hours but communicated this well in advance. On the day he got on with it and did a neat and very efficient job. All for a very reasonable price too. We are very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.
