  Structural wall removal

  We retained Julian and his team to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room and to re-wire and re-plumb for a new kitchen install. Not only did he introduce us to a kitchen supplier that saved us money, he also explained the whole process, brought in a structural engineer and completed the building regulations application for us. The whole team were really professional nice guys, nothing was too much trouble for them and the work was done very quickly to a high standard, we recommend them to everyone who sees our lovely new open plan kitchen / diner.

  Outstanding Service and Communication from Start to Finish

  RJ Developments have been fantastic from start to finish. They recently completed a new extension on our home and the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Julian kept us informed every step of the way, explaining what was happening and making sure we were comfortable with each stage of the build.   New House Build started May 2023 - completed March 2024 - all services included

  R J Development Group exceeded all expectations building our home. Both directors actively involved adding a personal touch. They demonstrated exceptional work ethic, selecting skilled professional craftsman to ensure the outstanding finished build. The build was both exciting and challenging, throughout, the directors provided reassurance, guidance, and information. A perceived daunting experience became an awesome journey, now in the home we were promised at the outset, we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude for their dedication and expertise
