  Absolutely top-class service from Rico and the team. We had fascias and soffits done and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly before any work started, including pricing, so there were no surprises at all. They turned up on time every day, worked hard, and kept us updated throughout. You can tell straight away they know exactly what they’re doing — the workmanship is spot on and the finish looks brilliant. What stood out the most was how professional and respectful they were. No pressure, no messing about, just honest work done properly.

  We hired Rico to cap our fascia boards and soffits but the experience was extremely stressful. He repeatedly tried to change the agreed scope of work and demanded more money despite invoices and messages confirming the full job. The work was delayed for months with poor communication and aggressive demands for payment before completion. Damaged caused to roof resulting in over 45 broken tiles and leaks in the roof, which another roofer verified. I would strongly advise others not to use this contractor.

  Quick to respond and to come over to complete the job. Communication was excellent. Rico kept me informed of what they were doing and when the job had to be slightly amended due to unforeseen circumstances, he asked and confirmed the change before continuing. I wouls definitely use again. Much appreciated. Thank you.

  Dry verge and guttering

  Great work done on our house in Featherstone, Fitted dry verge caps on both sides along with new guttering to the full property highly recommend will be using again in the future.
