  New radiator fitted and boiler service

  I have been using Russ for the past 4 years now since he installed my brand new boiler and I wouldn’t go anywhere for any of my heating & plumbing work. I have also recommended him to my friends and family. This time he came to fit a new radiator in the spare room and carry out the boiler service which he executed with the utmost of class. His communication was next to non and confirmed his arrival time the day before. On the day he arrived on time and cleaned and tidied up after himself. He is a kind lovely hard working engineer. And his prices are very reasonable and affordable.

  New boiler & additional radiator

  Russ is lovely, friendly & knowledgeable & worked tirelessly to fit our new boiler & an additional radiator, nothing was too much trouble for him. His work is of an excellent standard & is neat & tidy as he gets on with the job. We're more than pleased with the end result and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Russ!

  New Boiler

  He is always pleasant and his work was 1st class. He answered all my questions and took time to go over what I needed to know and how to programme the new thermostat. He was also on time which I appreciated. I would recommend his work to anyone, I'm really pleased.

  New gas boiler installation

  Russ has now completed 3 gas central heating boiler installations for me (in different properties), plus annual servicing. He is always extremely responsive, accommodating, reliable and trustworthy. He works quickly and is tidy and considerate. His communication is outstanding, and I recommend him without hesitation.

  Heating and hot water system fitted

  Russell fitted a brand new gas central heating and hot water system in my house, which didn’t have one, so we were starting from scratch. He was very helpful about radiator size and placement and getting exactly the radiators I wanted, also with advising about the boiler, about which I was totally clueless. The work is neat and tidy (I’m very fussy!) and Russell is polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend him!
