New boiler.

Contacted russ for a boiler service he came and I also requested a new boiler quote. The advised me to leave the service u till I received my quote. I received a quote within hours which I happily excepted. Two weeks later I have a brand new worster boiler I can't recommend this company enough it's been a pleasure dealing with them.

Russell responds quickly to messages left and came round within half an hour from our initial contact. Always approachable and willing to advise. Managed to fit us in very quickly to resolve our heating problems and turned up at the time agreed. Did all the required work and tidied up afterwards. Final bill was in line with estimate provided - no surprises. Would have no hesitation in recommending RJC to anyone needing a reliable heating engineer.

Russ visited, I told him what trouble we had with our heating and leak he targeted the cause very quickly and fixed the issue. Great guy, left our house the same as when he arrived clean and tidy with a great job done, 5 star service highly recommended!

He responded quickly, provided a clear and prompt quote, and arranged to replace our boiler without delay. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Russ kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we knew what to expect at each stage.
