  Rob reacted very quickly to the initial enquiry and came to look at the job on Sunday. He used the camera to check the drainage system condition and unlike an earlier contractor, showed me the camera footage and confirmed that there were no blockages or areas of concern. Rob identified other improvements and provided a quotation (£6k less than a previous contractor) and completed the works today! A one day turnaround. Amazing service, honest and informative. Would definitely recommend Rob and RJC Drainage Solutions.

  drain connection for a new ground floor toilet

  They visited promptly, assessed the job, advised on the procedure and provided a written quotation which I accepted. I had other quotes and other options which could have been marginally cheaper but I chose RJC because after the visit and the discussion I had confidence in their expertise and comprehensive service. I was not disappointed. They arrived on time on the day arranged and were fully equipped and manned for the job which they completed very quickly and efficiently. The area was left clean and tidy with little evidence of any disturbance at all even though it had looked like an earthquake zone before as excavation had been started and unfortunately abandoned due to the apparent complications of the job; Complications which turned out to be not at all a problem for RJC. Moral - consult the experts. I can recommend RJC.

  Second time I’ve used RJC Drainage…. Very responsive, fast friendly service and reasonably priced…. Would definitely recommend.

  Kitchen sink blocked

  I called them as my kitchen sink was blocked. And the drain in my yard was overflowing. Rob came in a solved the issue in 5 minutes and gave me a discount as it was not a big problem. And gave me some advise for this not to happen in the future. Highly recommended
