9.33 Making small garden useable for daughter and grandson

Robert and teammate did a fantastic job in redesigning, clearing and laying artificial grass and replacing some dangerous garden steps. They impressed with their time-keeping, maintaining a tidy site and planning ahead. Right from our first meeting Robert considered options and raised questions, identifying any additions to make our project a one time effort. The quality of workmanship overall was good. There was an issue with the jointing but that was fixed to our satisfaction, although only after a delay of several weeks. The job was to take down an old shed and provide a concrete base for a replacement. Robert came round and provided advice and a quote.
