Please DO NOT hire these people. Riaz talks the talk. I will only go through the process. He will contact you non stop when you give him the work he will take payment and then clearly doesn't know the rules and regulations so misguided us telling us how the council approves everyone's applications, then he went off on holiday, I had to tell him that my application decision has come through. After the decision he kept saying how council isn't responding but was calling non stop for payments. The whole process was terrible. It's been 6 months and he still hasnt come back to me.
