Responded to the job request immediately and gave a reasonable quote over the phone. He came to assess the issue on the same day, which I was very impressed with. He arrived on time and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. He was courteous, professional and gave good advice. Would highly recommend

Within a few hours of advertising the job, RIZ responded with a rough quote and an offer to take the job the next day. He arrived as promised and completed the work carefully and professionally, even though it turned out more complicated than expected. Very happy with the result and grateful for the polite and friendly approach. Would definitely use again.

Great experience. Viewed and quoted the work very promptly. Communication great and work commenced on time as agreed. very prompt on the day. Provided repairs and enhancements of bedroom lighting. Installed wiring to video doorbell overcoming some installation challenges. Diagnosed garden lighting faults (multiple) and provided a repairs. Left all work areas clean and tidy, Work all completed as quoted. I will have no hesitation in recommending and will be using RIZ Electrical Services again
