I had a fault window lock, which means the room would become freezing cold during winter even with heating. Riverside Windows technicians were very profession, the rates were reasonable and provided a reliable service. what else can I ask for? They even promised to offer a discount if I book again for another job. I would highly recommend their service.

They were prompt in surveying and giving us a quote. Unfortunately I had a small window where I could be at home and they gave me an appointment but 3 weeks later told me they needed to move the appointment to a week that I was contracted to work. But they managed to find a slot that worked for me a few weeks later. They arrived bang on time, were polite, friendly and efficient, and I must say did a superb job of refreshing the bifold door mechanism which was in an appalling and dangerous state. Really pleased with the work carried out, it’s transformed our doors, and happy to pay the quote
