Good work ethics ,know their job,and pleasant to deal with.

I received a quick response from the company to arrange an appointment to assess the job. The quote given was by far better than I could have hoped for. I had received other quotes from companies who hadn’t even been out to see the job. The communication was prompt and they came back once they had received the glass to fit it. The two guys that attended my property were polite and courteous. Did the job to a high standard and tided up after themselves.I would highly recommend them and will certainly be keeping their contact details in my phone should I need them again and to share with others.

The handle on the double-glazed window in my bathroom had broken and would not open. I phoned Riverside Windows and an appointment was made for Sam and Keiren to visit the same day. The arrived on time investigated the problem and ascertained the locking mechanism was working fine and all that was required was a replacement handle. They provided a very satisfactory quote for the work and they fitted a new handle there and then without fuss. A friendly and professional service which I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic communication and the guys were a pleasure to have in the house - polite, considerate and quietly got on with the job and tidied up afterwards. Workmanship was great. Wish I’d found this company sooner.
