  Leak detection and repair

  Alex and his colleague repaired an urgent leak under my property very promptly, and worked super hard to locate and fix it even though it was in a very difficult position! They replaced floorboards and paving stones to a very high standard and were neat and tidy throughout the work. I particularly appreciated that Alex was able to assess and complete the work all within 3 days of my initial enquiry.

  Highly professional, efficient, and reliable plumbing service

  Alex and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and everything was explained in a professional and reassuring way. Alex was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I fully understood the issue and the proposed solution. The work in both my kitchen and bathroom was carried out to a very high standard, with great care taken to minimise disruption and keep everything tidy. The whole team were punctual, respectful, and clearly very experienced. It is rare to find contractors who combine technical expertise with such profession

  Bathroom renovation

  Couldn’t recommend Riverside & Alex enough! They renovated a bathroom for us and we’re delighted with the result. Alex & his team were extremely professional and polite, communication was superb and Alex continuously went out of his way to ensure every last detail was well thought out & the finish was of the highest quality. The whole team took great care during the renovation, ensuring the proper protection was in place throughout the house, so no damage was caused & they were also extremely tidy, cleaning up each day which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend using Alex and his team!

  Alex and company recently carried out a complete refit of my bathroom. They were very professional and attentive to every detail. The room had to be taken back to the bare bones which meant issues were uncovered. Alex took them all in his stride and went above and beyond to fix them. I am delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending them.
