Excellent service. Used Riverbank removals to clear my mother’s house. Prompt response to my initial email, on the day they worked quickly but efficiently making sure they removed everything carefully and safely.

This is the first time I’ve used a packing service and Riverbank were brilliant from start to finish. The guys arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and courteous. Everything was handled with care, wrapped, and securely placed in sturdy boxes. At my new home, they unloaded everything exactly where I asked. They also efficiently disassembled two large sofas and two beds, and reassembled them perfectly at my new house, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard. I couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend Riverbank!

The team were very professional but friendly at the same time.It was probably the hottest day of the year & they worked so hard making sure nothing was marked or broken. Great bunch of lads who I would highly recommend!

Lisa and her team were wonderful. Kind and helpful with fantastic communication throughout the entire process. On site all of the workers were really polite and respectful. I cannot thank them enough it was a really complex tough job.

First class customer service, was very quick to respond to issue and quote. Arrived on site spot on time, nothing seemed to much trouble, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs removals etc.
