Riverbank provide an outstanding service. This is the second time I've used their services in the space of a year and on both occasions they've been brilliant. The removal team are polite, reliable and efficient, and the cleaning team were equally as polite and effective. The administration and communication side is excellent, with very competitive prices with no hidden costs. If I was still in the area, then Riverbank would certainly be the company I'd choose first; therefore, I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

Riverbank Removals were exceptional! Lisa was really friendly when booking us in and providing all the information we needed. Dave and his team were amazing, working so hard over the pre-load day and the moving day itself - being so cheerful and going the extra mile when there wasn’t the easiest access to the property. Everyone made us feel really at ease, the team were so friendly to our toddler too and really thoughtful when moving everything into our new home. Thank you so much for making our move that much easier, we are very grateful to you all for making it such a smooth experience!

The team at Riverbank removals were excellent. Lisa from the beginning so friendly and helpful and the guys on the day did an amazing job. Taking care with all our things as well as being helpful and polite. Will use them again next time we move.

So grateful for the fast replies to calls and emails from Lisa and for organising everything for me relatively last minute at an already busy time! The guys were also great and made my moving day hassle free!
