Called me immediately and helped to diagnose the issue over the phone, then picked up the likely needed part and brought it to me the next day - fitted it and fixed the problem. He was also very kind to fix a minor additional (completely separate) problem on the day.

Richard is the BEST! We were really struggling, our boiler was giving us problems for months, the pressure was out of wack, we couldn't get hot water, etc ... we had multiple repairmen come over to try to fix the issue, they all failed. Richard came, spent about an hour and a half working, and left us with a perfectly working boiler. Now we have hot water, and no problems at all. Besides fixing the issue, Richard was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he was able to fix it. Very helpful and quick to respond. We needed a safety inspection carried out on a gas pipe and metre and feel more more at ease after this work was carried out. I would definitely recommend.
